Meet Our Team
Sameena Rahman, MD, FACOG, MSCP, IF
Dr. Sameena Rahman is a board-certified OB/GYN and certified Menopause Practitioner with over a decade of expertise in midlife care, sexual medicine, and concierge gynecology. After training and practicing at leading institutions including USC, the University of Chicago, and Northwestern, she founded The GSM Collective in downtown Chicago to deliver a more personalized, patient-first model of women’s healthcare.
Nationally recognized for her leadership in sexual and menopausal health, Dr. Rahman serves on the Board of Directors and as Scientific Committee Chair for the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH), where she is also a Fellow (IF). She is a Menopause Certified Practitioner and active member of The Menopause Society’s Education Committee, frequently speaking at national and international conferences on culturally informed care and sexual health.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Rahman is Clinical Assistant Professor of OB/GYN at Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine, Medical Director of Gynecology for Ms.Medicine, and a medical contributor to Forbes Health. She also serves as a medical advisor to Let’s Talk Menopause, Flo Health, Evvy, and the National Menopause Foundation. Dr. Rahman is a board member of HEART Women & Girls, a nonprofit advancing sexual health education for Muslim women and other marginalized communities.
She hosts the podcast Gynogirl Presents: Sex, Drugs & Hormones, along with her YouTube series GynoGirl TV, and is the forthcoming author of Brown Girl’s Disease?—a bold, culturally grounded guide to sexual health and empowerment through a South Asian lens, launching in 2025.

Karen Bradley, MSN, FNP-BC
Karen Bradley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep commitment to whole-person, compassionate care. A proud Chicago native, Karen brings both local heart and broad clinical experience to her role at The GSM Collective.
Her nursing career began in acute care at Alexian Brothers Medical Center, followed by pediatric surgical care at Lurie Children’s Hospital and women’s health at Rush University—giving her a unique, well-rounded perspective on patient needs across the lifespan.
Karen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Resurrection University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Known for her approachable nature and thorough, evidence-based care, Karen works closely with patients to support their health goals with empathy, clarity, and intention—whether they’re managing hormonal changes, navigating new diagnoses, or simply seeking care they can trust.

Grace Prete, DPT
Grace Prete is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in women’s pelvic health. She specializes in treating a wide range of concerns including urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, and conditions such as vaginismus, vulvodynia, PCOS, endometriosis, and PGAD.
Grace takes a holistic, individualized approach to pelvic floor therapy—combining manual techniques, targeted exercises, and patient education to support your overall wellness. Her goal is to help women feel more connected, confident, and in control of their bodies.
With a deep commitment to addressing the often-overlooked areas of women’s sexual and pelvic health, Grace offers care that is supportive, empowering, and grounded in evidence-based practice.
When she’s not working with patients, you can find her rollerblading, snowboarding, reading, or making music with her guitar and vocals.
